PROCEDURES FOR RE-ISSUANCE OF ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

Enterprise registration certificate is an important legal document for enterprises when conducting business activities as well as when carrying out legal procedures with state agencies. However, during operations, some cases may occur such as the Enterprise Registration Certificate being lost, torn, damaged, etc., affecting the operations of the enterprises. In this case, the enterprise can proceed with the procedure to request for the re-issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificate.

Enterprise Registration Certificate is a paper or electronic document that records business registration information that the Business Registration Authority issues to enterprises.

Application for re-issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificate

In case an enterprise wants to carry out procedures to apply for re-issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificate, the following documents are required:

– Application for re-issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificate;

– Power of attorney for the individual/organization submitting the application;

– Certified copy of ID card/ID card/Passport of the individual submitting the application.

How to apply for re-issuance of Enterprise Registration Certificate

After fully preparing the documents, enterprises can submit in two ways: online or in person.

– Submitting directly: Enterprises submit documents at the Business Registration Office – Department of Planning and Investment of the province/city where the enterprise is headquartered.

– Submitting online: Enterprises submit documents at the National Business Registration Portal.

The Business Registration Office will re-issue the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the company.

Procedures and deadlines for processing documents

After fully preparing the documents, the company sends the application for re-issuance of the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the Business Registration Office where the company’s headquarters is located.

The Business Registration Office will consider and resolve within 03 working days from the date of receipt of valid documents.

If the application is valid, the Business Registration Office will re-issue the Enterprise Registration Certificate to the company.

  • Enterprise Law 2020;
  • Decree 01/2021/ND-CP on business registration;
  • Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHDT guiding on business registration issued by the Minister of Planning and Investment.
