CONDITIONS FOR OPERATING A GENERAL CLINIC

The person in charge of specialized clinics and paraclinical departments (testing and diagnostic imaging) of the polyclinic must be a full-time worker at the clinic.”

2. The general clinic meets general conditions for medical examination and treatment establishments:

2.1. Facilities:

– Have a fixed location (except for organizing mobile medical examination and treatment);

– Ensure conditions for radiation safety and fire prevention according to the provisions of law;

2.2. Medical equipment:

– Having enough medical equipment suitable to the scope of professional activities of the facility;

– Particularly, establishments for examination and treatment of occupational diseases must have at least a biochemical testing department;

2.3. Personnel:

a) Each medical examination and treatment facility must have a person responsible for technical expertise. Persons in charge of technical expertise and heads of specialized departments of medical examination and treatment facilities must meet the following conditions:

+ Traditional medicine diagnosis and treatment clinic: Be a physician or a person who has been granted a Certificate of traditional medicine or a person who has been granted a Certificate of traditional treatment methods;

+ Nutrition clinic: Be a nutritionist or general practitioner with a training certificate in nutrition or a preventive medicine doctor and have a nutrition training certificate or a bachelor’s degree. majoring in nutrition or doctor of traditional medicine and having a certificate of training in nutrition or bachelor of medicine and having a certificate of training in nutrition or physician and having a certificate of training in that specialty nutrition;

– Have practiced medical examination and treatment for at least 36 months after being granted a practicing certificate or have directly participated in medical examination and treatment for at least 54 months. The assignment and appointment of the person responsible for professional and technical expertise of the medical examination and treatment facility must be expressed in writing;

– Be a full-time practitioner at the facility.

b) In addition to the person in charge of professional and technical expertise of the medical examination and treatment facility, other subjects working in the facility who perform medical examination and treatment must have a practicing certificate and may only perform such medical examination and treatment within the assigned scope. Based on the scope of professional activities, diplomas, certificates, training certificates and capacity of the practitioner, the person in charge of technical expertise of the medical examination and treatment facility assigns the practitioner to Perform technical expertise in writing;
