Trademark transfer is the transfer of ownership of the trademark by the owner to another individual or organization. The trademark transfer is carried out in the form of signing an Industrial Property Rights Transfer Contract. 1. Transfer of trademark rights
a. A trademark is a sign used to distinguish goods and services of different organizations and individuals. c. Representative completes trademark transfer procedures for clients
– After signing the service contract, we prepare the trademark transfer documents for the clients;
