RE-ISSUANCE OF SPORT BUSINESS LICENSE

Business qualification certificate for sports business activities (or “sport business license” for short) is issued as a document certifying by the competent authority that it meets the sports business conditions of the enterprise. During term of use, according to usage needs, businesses have the right to request re-issuance of this type of document. Specifically, the conditions and procedures for requesting re-issuance of sport business license are implemented as presented in the article below.

1. In what cases can the re-issuance of sport business license be performed?

An enterprise will be re-issued a sports business license if it falls into one of the following cases:

– Changing one of the contents of the sports business license includes:

+ Name and address of the enterprise’s headquarters;

+ Sports activities business locations;

+ List of business sports activities.

– Sport business license is lost or damaged.

2. Procedures for re-issuance of sport business license

a. Step 1. Preparing and submitting application

Enterprises have the right to submit applications directly, by post, or electronically.

Dossier to request for re-issuance of sport business license includes:

– In case of changing the content of sport business license:

+ Application for re-issuance of sport business license;

+ Sport business license has been granted;

+ Documents proving changes in the content of the sport business license.

– In case the sport business license is lost or damaged:

+ Application for re-issuance of sport business license;

+ Damaged sport business license (in case of damage).

b. Step 2. Competent agency to receive and process applications for sport business license

In case the application needs to be amended or supplemented, the competent authority will notify directly or in writing the contents that need to be amended or supplemented to the applicant within 03 working days from the date of dossiers receipt.

The time limit for processing is 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents according to regulations.

3. Competent authority to handle procedures

The Department of Culture and Sports at the provincial level where the business location for sports activities is registered or where the enterprise has its headquarters in case the enterprise has many business locations for sports activities.
